𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗢𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 – “𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀…”

We recently received an urgent request: The commissioning of a dimensioning table for the production of custom automotive wiring harnesses (KSK) had to be moved to the earliest possible date.

Naturally, we pulled out all the stops to meet this request—a monumental effort requiring all processes to mesh as precisely as the gears of a clockwork.

After just two weeks of assembly, and only three hours after receiving delivery clearance from the customer, two pallets carrying a total of 13 highly complex cable duct mounts, 27 clip holders, 7 auxiliary test modules, and two control cabinets set off last Friday for our customer’s production site in Slovakia. By Sunday, our team had already begun on-site commissioning.

In just 4 days, we successfully completed installation, wiring, development of the testing sequence, initial trial runs, and final acceptance testing. The result? A satisfied customer, ready to kick off their production schedule without delay.
And as a bonus to this pre-Christmas gift for our customer, our team had the chance to experience the wintry beauty of Slovakia.
