The Brainware TechDays 24 concluded successfully the Thursday before last, making it the perfect topic for today’s #TBT post.

For the fourth time, we opened our doors to curious visitors as part of the #LateShift event. As a hidden champion, we are globally recognized leaders in the development of special machinery, testing and assembly technology, and industrial image processing.

As part of their roadshow tour through Saxony, Murrplastik stopped by our Chemnitz-Röhrsdorf location today. In their showroom trailer, they showcased their range of #cablemanagement systems for machinery and plant engineering to our team.

his afternoon at exactly 4 PM, this year’s All About Automation Chemnitz trade fair came to an end. It’s time to take a moment and reflect.

As part of our new membership in AMZ - Saxony’s Automotive Suppliers Network, we had the pleasure of welcoming Andreas Wächtler, the operational managing director and network manager of the industry network, to our headquarters today.

In just a few minutes, the starting gun will fire for the Chemnitz Company Run 2024! Team Brainware is hitting the course with one female runner and ten male runners. Additional colleagues have joined the spectators to cheer on our runners loudly along the route. 🎉💪

Thanks to the new advertising signs in our corporate design, now mounted at our second production site on Röhrsdorfer Allee 23, the location is impossible to miss.

Last Friday, five of our customized assembly and testing systems, along with additional test equipment, with a total net weight of almost 4.5 tonnes, left our factory and began the journey to our customer's production plant in North Africa.

According to our "zero ppm" claim, meaning the zero-defect tolerance of our machines and systems, it is necessary that all processes in our value chain undergo rigorous quality inspection – starting with our suppliers. For this reason, we have established an extensive quality management system in our procurement and supplier management.

Today, we enthusiastically participated in the Saxon Youth Foundation's genialsozial Action Day! Two motivated students took the opportunity to experience our company up close and discover the diversity and excitement of our work.

We are thrilled to present our pilot project in collaboration with KEYENCE Germany, a global leader in the development and manufacturing of sensors.

To expand the capabilities of our modular assembly and inspection workstation, compact.UNI, we have developed a prototype in which the LJ-X8000 series 2D/3D laser profile sensor of KEYENCE has been installed on our base platform using a two-dimensional axis system.

In our plant 2, the series production of our assembly and testing workstations compact.UNI has rapidly gained momentum. In the coming weeks, we will manufacture nearly 30 compact.UNIs in various configurations.

Our long-standing customers know: we are an experienced partner for the development and implementation of fully and semi-automated end-of-line inspection systems.
However, recently, we had the opportunity to develop and implement a manual inspection system for instrument panels for a new customer.
