#Spätschicht (=Lateshift) – Insights into the world of our special machinery

For the fourth time, we opened our doors to curious visitors as part of the #LateShift event. As a hidden champion, we are globally recognized leaders in the development of special machinery, testing and assembly technology, and industrial image processing.

Over the course of the afternoon, we welcomed a total of 54 enthusiastic guests across five guided tours. Our Managing Director, Jens Rätz-Weise, warmly greeted the attendees and shared fascinating insights about our company in a brief presentation. He addressed key questions such as:
What defines us as a special machinery manufacturer?
In which business fields are we active?
How do we segment our special machinery into product categories?

Following this, our Head of Sales, Udo Jebok, led the visitors through our production halls. Using current projects as examples, he demonstrated how our machines are created and the technologies behind cable harness testing, surface inspection, and functional testing. A particular highlight was experiencing our high-precision machines in live operation.

The event highlighted how we implement Industry 4.0 in our daily operations and how our solutions have become indispensable in automotive production and many other industries.
