Your main tasks

• Obtaining and comparing offers from suppliers and negotiating prices accordingly

• Monitoring of the professional and timely processing of orders, if necessary processing of complaints or clarification of quantity differences

• Planning quantities and deadlines for parts and materials to ensure a smooth supply of materials

• Handling supplier correspondence in German and English

• Data maintenance in business management software

Your profile

• You have a commercial education or further training

• Initial experience in purchasing is desirable, preferably in a technical field

• You have a friendly and confident manner

• You are open to new technologies

• Business fluent in written and spoken German

• Efficiency, initiative and the ability to work independently complete your profile
